I really wonder how the listing on this site actually works. Why are some comics featuring a trans guy listed as M/M and others (and probably all comics featuring a trans girl or even non-trans futa stuff) listed as I?

It's a bit complicated and ultimately comes down to perception. Comics are manually uploaded, so if someone doesn't know the context and just sees "well, that person has a vagina!" We often mark it incorrectly. A good thing to bring up, though!

This shouldn't be listed MF since the guy at the beginjng is revealed as trans in his debut comic.
